No lock box had to pay fee for late check in because our flight was delayed Shower blocked.water all over the floor kitchen tap loose crockery chipped and odds and ends.only 1 wine glass Not safe..someone hammered on our door for 20 minutes at 3 in the morning No towel change.not enough linen

The best

The location of the appartment was great. The representative of the host was nice. There was enough space, tea and coffee. We could have cooked if we had wanted.

To be improved

We were charged for late arrival (20:00) for 35,-EUR, The "Lichthof" is not a place where you sit out for a breakfast, and it was mentioned as a little patio. The bed could have been a little bit wider.
