“Madrid EROS 14 = Nightmare”
The best

Unfortunately, bedbugs made our experience in Madrid very unpleasant and the attitude of landloard and also Booking is very frustrating for us.

To be improved

Vacation with my family beginnig of May cost 963 EUR: - during our stay, the electricity went out 5 times and we had to reset the electrical fuses (this problem is mentioned in the reviews several times) - hole in the bathroom floor. This is supposedly a temporary problem, but it has already been mentioned in the booking reviews However, this is marginal compared to: - live bedbug in the bed discovered morning before departure - my daughter was extremely bitten after our stay - our house exterminated cost us 20,000 CZK (about 800 EUR) - no response to our complaint from landlord - no compensation from landlord so far (23.5.2025) - booking does not solve our complaints (rejected the request for compensation)
