We received a description how to get into the flat but it did not explain how to get into the building (not possible without a key of the entrance door so you need to wait in the street for someone to come out in order to get in. (Not big problem but good to know!) Once you go upstairs, you try to make sense of the description received from the host/real estate agency but it was impossible to open the automatic door lock. Gratefully, there was a guy and lady passing by from the real estate agency to open the neighbour’s door (as their door lock did not open either!) so they opened our automatic lock also. As a solution it would be better to describe the steps of the automatic lock indicated with visual images as the description was far too long for nothing and not helpful at all. The guy explained to me what we should have done on this Nuki app to open the door and it could have been explained in a very simple manner. Plus, once you have a problem with the lock and you try to call the agency there is no coverage in the building. So you need to go downstairs and out to the street to call them which does not help when you simultaneously need to follow the steps what the agency’s assistant says over the phone assuming you stand in front of the apartment door on 1st floor…
