DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE A JOKE!!!!! I am EXTREMELY angry with the way my husband and I have been treated from beginning to end. Firstly, no one met us at the property, even though we were told that someone would meet us. It was a nightmare getting in to the building AND the apartment. There was no kettle or microwave, even though it stated on their website that these appliances would be there. Only ONE out of the three hobs to the cooker were working. My husband and I cook regularly, so that was EXTREMELY ANNOYING, as cooking meals took ten times longer. It was only EIGHT DAYS later that the cooker was sorted. There was this disgusting, putrid smell in the bathroom. I notified them about it, but nothing was done. Two days before I was due to check out, it rained and water leaked in to the apartment. It was terrible. Water was running down the wall, and dripping from the light socket and the ceiling. There was so much water on the floor. Oh and the bed was completely soaked. I was unable to sleep on the bed, and instead had to sleep on the sofa bed, which is VERY uncomfortable for two nights. I didn't really get any sleep those last two nights, because I had to keep getting up to mop the floor, as I was concerned that the water might leak down in to the apartment below me. My back was really sore after sleeping on the sofa bed. Oh and I must not forget to mention that all of this happened whilst I was having fertility treatment in Madrid, which is why I was there. Going through IVF treatment is stressful enough as it is, but to have to also go through what I went through, made the whole experience even worse. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, and that is not an exaggeration. No one even came to check on me or the apartment, after I reported the water leak incident. I was completely shocked by this and absolutely disgusted!!!!
