Large, bright and very clean apartments, the stay here was wonderful and very convenient to get to the train station

The check-in and communication process was terrible: they wrote to me that instructions would be sent on the day of check-in. Although I checked in at 7 pm, I did not receive any instructions at all, despite writing to them myself at 2 pm. I stood at the door for half an hour and could not even get through, they did not answer my messages and canceled the calls, I waited a very long time for them to give me at least some information on how to check in. It was terrible and I already thought it was a scam. They later apologized, but the communication continued to be terrible - I did not receive a response to my messages. And how is it possible that there is no drinking glass or mug in the apartment?

The room is new and clean. Very comfortable and worth for your money.

To be improved

It’s a bit hard to contact staff. At first, i have a problem with the link to check-in online before i arrive and when i need help it was hard to contact staff directly.

“Nice accommodations”

The best

Easy check in. Staff is very accommodating. Property is very clean. perfect for one-two people, close to supermarkets, bakeries. Construction is a bit distracting, but this is nothing to do with the property. One improvement- it will be great to have a coffee machine and some coffee capsules.
