“Dirty and bad service”

The location was good.

To be improved

The apartment was not properly cleaned. The sofa bed had litter in it and was broken. One of the bathrooms has a foul smell (like urine), there was hair on the floor and the shower, the floor mat had not been changed. The kitchen cabinets and shelfs were dirty and had what seemed to be food particles and crumbs. There was dust on the shelves and floors and there was grime on the sofa legs. Aside from this, the towels and sheets were laid out to dry. The day we arrived we had to wait over an hour for the person to arrive with the keys. This was all topped off by the fact that we were surprised one morning with the police knocking on our door asking questions about the company thaat rented the apartment.
