“Worst experience of my life.”
To be improved

This place should be banned from internet. No human being deserves to lay down over urine. Streets are cleaner. I have found urine over the floor, over the bed, over the couch. Everything recorded on photos, videos, emails and chats. I had booked for 7 nights. After the second, I left. I could not be able to sleep because over the smell of urine. Contacting the property, the feedback I had was "I can't do anything" even I saying I coudn't stay any longer. Contacting Booking, I had no answer. My health was in game and nobody did nothing. Already contacted my lawyer to go for my rights.
