Lovely hotel. Mountain View room did not disappoint. Pool and terrace nicer than expected. Breakfast room nice and fresh selection was delicious. The lady we spoke to was so friendly and kind and let us use the facilities after checking out, which really helped on a travel day! Some small imperfections e.g cracks etc. inside and pool area but doesn’t detract from the location and is only to be expected. Not far from the bus stop and easy access to restaurants and shop. Memory foam bed toppers were great

To be improved

Not a criticism, but consider asking for a ground floor room if you struggle with steep steps as the stairs are steep and difficult with luggage!

“Cons: Our room was super small so was the bed. Unfortunately the walls are very thin so you can hear when other guests talk or come in the front door. Breakfast tasted good but a bit more variety would be nice.”
