Four bedroom penthouse in Torrox

Accommodation was excellent. Well set up and more than enough equipment/bedding etc for 8 people. Accommodation is very comfortable and clean. Location is excellent for the beach and within easy walk of some very nice restaurants. Not the location for you if you want a busy nightlife, but otherwise, I would definitely recommend it. Elizabeth, who manages the apartment, was extremely helpful and organised all the taxis for us.

We picked up the keys at a nearby gas station which was fine - further instructions on how to get inside the accommodation worked perfectly. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was al very modern. The roof terrace was very nice aswell and we used the pool frequently

Excellent place for quite holidays. The beach is right outside the gates. Very pleasant and clean. Mostly sandy (just some pebbles when you enter the water). Water was very warm in early September. There are some areas nearby where you can rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds, athough we did not use them. Apartments have a shared swimming pool as well if needed.  The immediate neighbourhood is very quite. Yet in 5-10 mins you can walk to somewhat more built up areas with some shops and restaurants if needed.  The apartment is modern and well maintained. The living area and kitchen are large and well equipped. The bedrooms are a bit basic but with enough space and the beds are large and comfortable. A/c works well in all rooms.  The best part is the view from the terrace. It is slightly higher than other buildings so you get an excellent view to the sea and the mountains and the sunsets. Amazing! And even better view from the rooftop. I was a bit worried at first about that dry riverbed under the apartments, but it turned out to be clean enough and not spoiling the view at all. There is a private car park in the basement which was very convenient for us. The host was quick to reply and very helpful.
