“Fraudulent”

I was charged Euro 176 extra, (deposit charged to the card + separate card swipe, exceeding the invoice value by Euro 176) and the hotel is yet to acknowledge the mistake or refund. In addition, during the same stay, I requested the hotel to convert an existing Bookings.com booking to a regular booking and to charge me directly for the same. The staff did not speak or understand English properly and did not exercise due diligence by advising me to cancel the Bookings.com booking directly. As a result, the hotel ended up receiving money directly from me + separately through Bookings.com, for the same room. This is fraud amounting to a total of Euro 376, and I have complained to the Marriott Bonvoy group with evidence of money charged from my credit cards. However, there is no response, so probably the fraud is being endorsed by the Group.

The best

The hotel was amazing- but if you are traveling to the airport, I had a very early flight in the morning so that was amazing, now if you wanna stay here for days and enjoy the city that’s gonna be a nightmare cause it’s too far. Staff was great! They gave me the room before 3pm, very clean and comfortable bed, pillows, everything was wonderful!
