“Lovely hotel”

The best

Four Points is a walking distance to public transport that will take you anywhere in Barcelona which makes it a great location. The staff are wonderful, friendly and kind. They will go above and beyond to help. Plenty choices of yummy and healthy breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. Will stay here again when we go back.

“Wonderful staff”

The best

The hotel staff was amazing, extremely friendly, we were a group of 12 family members and they did everything to make us welcome. The great hospitality started even before we arrived, they contacted me just to suggest better ways to accommodate the entire family and cover any needs before we arrived. The front desk staff made sure to take care of us and to get us our rooms early since we arrived very early morning. The restaurant staff and everyone was so friendly that we felt like family.

“One of our best stays ever”

The best

I joined Marriott in 1998 and have been keen supporter of the Marriott brand since. My husband and I received one of the most welcoming advance messages from the Four Points Sheraton Diagonal offering their assistance to make our stay perfect that I have received from a Marriott branded hotel since I became a Platinum Elite member many years ago. I had heard much about the personal service and attention offered at the Four Points Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal before our stay and it is obviously well earned. The staff was attentive and most helpful in arranging transportation, recommending excellent restaurants, as well as dropping off much appreciated treats to our room. Our king, corner room was well appointed and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was the best I had ever seen at a Four Points Sheraton. In terms of quality, quantity, and variety of food, it was at the level one usually sees at a Westin or Sheraton. We received outstanding service and quality at a reasonably priced hotel in a great location. We look forward to returning again.

A lovely hotel, well located, nice rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast. We are very Marriott loyal and normally stay at other full service brands but we were so positively impressed by this hotel we will definitely return!
