The Villa was lovely, very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The mini supermarket would benefit being open longer hours

“Close to the park terra mitica. Good parking. You can park at the hotel and walk in to the park from there. Good breakfast. · Cons: The floors were terrible. They creaked and it felt like we were walking on pallets. There was not enough seatingspace in the kitchen. The sofa in the living room was well used and the cover that was white was no longer white.”

The heated pool at the villa

To be improved

We were not informed that all of the parks that were included in our stay were all closed! Even after emailing reception a few weeks before to ask if we can get the tickets on check in. This was the only reason we stayed at the hotel and felt we had been miss sold and should have been informed that they were all closed!
