“Clean but very poor value for the cost”

I appreciated that for €15 we could keep our bags in the room until 2 o’clock. This was helpful as we were able to enjoy our morning, and then grab our bags around too before we headed to the train station. We did appreciate that it was about a mile walk to the Reina art museum And that the train station is quite literally under five minutes away.

To be improved

This is a hotel that has standards and amenities that are much lower than what I’m used to seeing both in America and in Europe. There is basically a bed, shower and a sink, and there was a there was essentially no lobby and breakfast came out of vending vending machine machine I thought it was extremely expensive for what we got. We spent almost 3 family They did not have one room with two queen size bed so they put us in two rooms as full each room was at least $125 with tax was almost $300 for four people to stay at a place. It was basically bed. If you were interested in a quiet place, make sure you get a because many of the windows face the street. In all, I thought it was a clean place, but a very poor value for the money.

“Hot Madrid”

The best

Very basic , and very cheap hotel , booked as an easy hotel but this was bought out by current company, great value for money , it has everything you need bed shower sink and toilet , 30 min walk to plaza mayor , 10 min walk to atocha train station, 20 min walk to retiro park can’t complain about this place at all also in a very quiet area with bars and shops around 👍🏻

“Great Stay!”

The best

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean and well kept. The staff were very kind and considerate. They helped arrange transportation. The bed was exceptional. It was so comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again!!
