The duvets! In both double rooms they were extremely stained and appeared dirty. Not sure if someone forgot to put on a cover but they were really unacceptable. The single bedroom had noise coming from an apartment behind/above. Seemed to be a door being opened and shut.

Fist of all you have to upload personal information including photos and a scan of your passport INCLUDING THOSE OF CHILDREN, because of a malfunctioning website, in order to get into the apartment. This is for sure against any GDPR regulations, bit they make you sign a contract in advance. There is no reception desk to go to. Secondly on our arrival we had to call a phone number, where a lady with poor English should have buzzed us in. Only she didn't know how to. So she needed thirty minutes to figure the situation out, while we were standing with all our luggage, grandma and child on the street on a cold November evening. Thirdly they promised that there is a baby cot, which indeed there was, hidden in the bottom of a wardrobe. It was disgustingly dirty and unstable, difficult to set up, so we didn't put our child in it. They are not providing a pillow or a blanket for children They failed to provide us ANY information about the property: where to put the garbage, that there is heating and we don't need to freeze, where to find the crib etc etc The flat is on ground floor, the ventilation is poor, there are mouldy sports on the walls. It's also pretty dark, but could be nice in the summer heat. In one of the room there is a pull out bed, but if you pull it out you can't close the door. There is no parking whatsoever nearby, and they also failed to recommend a garage although I was asking multiple times.

Nothing major to point out. Perhaps it was a bit small the apartment. But it did not bother us.
