Where to start... There is mold in the apartment. We didn't have a sleeping area for a third person, we had to call to find out that the sheets and towels were on the couch. There were no dishes, only one glass, which was replenished the next day at our request. The dishes in the line were dirty. The cleanliness of the apartment was also not great, broken blinds, shower. I would also like to point out the online check-in, which is very slow, you upload your personal documents including a selfie. We had to buy toilet paper and dishwashing sponges.

We were not happy with our stay. This apartment is meant for 2 people, not 4. We stayed for 3 nights, and in January, the air conditioner wasn’t working, and you never came to fix it despite saying you would. I asked if the apartment was suitable for 4 people, but the sofa is not comfortable for sleeping. I sent you a separate message about this. Additionally, we tried to take a shower, but the hot water ran out after just one person used it, even though the apartment is for 4 people. Lastly, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a 4-day stay, which we found unacceptable. If you say you’re coming to fix the air conditioner with the maintenance team, you should follow through and show up. It’s the middle of January, after all!

There is no entrance. The room is opening directly to a busy street and it is located very close to a bus stop. So there is a bit traffic noise coming from outside.
