To be improved

They asked for a 25Euro cleaning fee not included in the price. I thought all booking.com prices were inclusive of charges and taxes. No cleaning took place during my stay. I am fed up with places trying to add charges after the asking price has been paid. They are always las minute too. The price quoted should be the final price. Booking.com needs to sort this out.
