We got a free upgrade to one of the chalets, location just outside of Andorra

To be improved

The chalet hasn’t had a good maintenance since I don’t know when. Wooden parts are falling apart, the shower is completely made of wood so it gets dirty easily.

“The bungalows were very spacious with a wonderful bathroom and surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming to us. We were truly impressed by the quality for such an affordable price. Thank you very much! · Cons: There was some noise due to thin walls, but we simply moved to another room and the issue was solved. It didn’t affect our overall positive experience.”

“Nice little houses, consider extra costs!”

The best

The mobile home is a basic construction but nice, we liked it. It has a small heater in the living room and it was enough for the night. Hot water and beds were good too.

To be improved

They charged us 11 euros extra for linings PER BED and it was not specified anywhere. Given the location we have arrived after a long day of driving, and we didn’t feel like looking for somewhere else, but adding 22 euros to the bill should have made me considered other properties if I knew beforehand.
