The hosts were very nice and easy to talk to. However, the apartment I received was far from what was shown in the pictures. There was no balcony, the apartment was completely dark, and the mattress was absolutely filthy—it looked like someone had urinated on it. I had to buy a spray just to get rid of the smell. The shower had a rotten, moldy odor, which made it difficult to use, the view from the window was a wall, and the kitchen light didn’t work at all. In my five years as a property reviewer on Booking.com, I have never encountered such a neglected apartment, with such a lack of care and such a misleading gap between the photos and the reality. Further handling of this matter will be referred to Booking, and a decision on whether to keep this apartment listed on our site will be made and communicated to the hosts.

The apartment was smelly (very bad smell), wasn’t clean, only two towels provided for 3 days for 2 person. They said wifi is available on the page, but wifi wasn’t available!!! And when we asked the landlord, he said he doesn’t have wifi and this is what you’ve chosen, literally: “sorry that's what you rented”. And the view on the photo is not the same as the real. Expectation and reality. The money paid €330 was not worth it!
