Everything was okay as I expected from other years. Had activities for the kids which my grandchildren enjoyed, and entertainment was okay also. Night shows ok also.

Everything went well. The only thing as I had been there before was that the queue to get into the pool was longer than any year and when the gates opened the people actually run to get the sun beds. I cannot run as I have bad legs but every year I just walked and got sunbeds; this year it was much more difficult. And some people put their stuff on the sunbeds and never turned up later! It is the guests who spoil things not the place nor the staff.

Everywhere was so clean; staff were friendly and happy; food was nice and plentiful; happy hour every day;pool was clean and had a shallow end for the kids; football pitch right by the pool; very close to beach and the town;
