The Dishes were almost all dirty and some of the kitchen equipment too Half the chairs were tiping for one side.. But Overall was Good and the people seem nice

Unfortunately this flat is not suitable for more than 2 people despite being sold as suitable. We weren’t provided with enough bedding, my two children had to share a pillow the first night, then all the company could give us the following day was a small sofa cushion inside a pillow case. The sofa bed totally unsuitable for actually sleeping on especially for any adult. Which is a shame as the actual apartment is lovely.. but only for 2 people. No where to dry clothes, and the halls have a smoke smell continuously. Woken in the middle of the night by a hi-tech alarm/temperature/humidity system that we had no idea how to use.. as there is no welcome book or any information whatsoever given about the flat or equipment etc. Good communication from the letting company, just a shame they couldn’t provide a pillow per person. Only book this place if you are a couple.
