Traveling as 3 women and 1 small dog we had booked 1 of the largest cabins as plenty of space. Upon arrival we were told that it was STRICTLY 2 people per cabin. I regrettably paid for an extra cabin (€90) just for it to smell like human feces. We were also informed upon arrival that the dog was an extra fee of €15 even though it was advertised as pet friendly with no extra fees. There was no WiFi, the television was in poor condition, the controller was broken and glued back together. The bathroom was unhygienic and had black mold more so in cabin 7 than 6. The silicone around the base of the toilet was a mess and not clean. The hot tub is a 1 person corner bath in extremely poor condition. The woman was extremely rude and unhelpful as she needed to bring change in cash back to the cabin as we had paid for an extra cabin in cash and needed change. She told us that she would come to the cabin however, we had to go and find her 45 minutes later we were met with an extremely rude and cold response of “ I’ll come find you”

“Cozy place for nature enthusiasts”

The concept - cozy bungalow with private parking space. Would love to return if the disliked things got fixed!

To be improved

The house was of average quality - some lights did not work or were very dim, doors were hard to shut. Not very comfortable pillows, loud air conditioner outside unit (shaking whole bungalow). Wasps had nested somewhere close, so it was impossible to sit outside ornopen windows.
