Location. Nice living area. Good appliances.

To be improved

Having to pick up the keys at another location isn’t a good start to the holiday. This should be stated as part of the listing not told during the entry process. We probably wouldn’t have booked this apartment if known before committing.

Checkin was a nightmare. Complicated online checkin that didn’t work. Couldn’t get into the building. Once at the door the code didn’t work. Called staff and they couldn’t get door open. Finally had to wait for a person with a key

The best

The location is perfect - on a fairly quiet street but within easy walking distance of the sea front, buses and trains, supermarket, old town, restaurants and museums. The apartment is very comfortable, with plenty of space, and a pleasure to spend time in, with the added attraction of the balcony. The facilities were very good, especially the cooking and storage arrangements.
