The best

The location is fantastic, spectacular views , comfortable and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna. The water was very warm The location is very convenient for a visit to the Valporquero caves which was the main purpose of our trip .

There is nothing we didn’t like. We would have liked to have a restaurant in the hotel

No food and no food for miles around. The site offers a restaurant according to the description but it closed over a year ago.

“Excellent location, terrific dinner, comfortable accommodation”
The best

Terrific location - quiet with mountain views. Individual lodges, heated by woodburning stove. Outstanding fixed price evening meal - I had starter of leeks baked with cheese and ham in sauce. Much tastier than the one I had in the Parador at Mérida! Then beautiful baked bake plus pud, wine or beer and coffee for about 20 euros. Lots of parking, spacious public rooms and outdoor seating too - both at each lodge and by the restaurant.
