Cleanliness - it really depended on the staff, when they gave you fresh towels for the room. Firstly, we had same towels for 3 days, then they were changed everyday. Not every alcoholic drinks are included in all inclusive, also, speaking of them, I wouldn’t call some of them (cocktails) even alcoholic . Same drink, almost in every bar was served differently. Bed - on the second day legs of the bed in the middle of the night broke down (but they were fixed the next day, which I appreciated 👍). Almost all sunbeds were ‘reserved’ early in the morning just with towels, even though no one was using them for hours. The staff didn’t intervene at all, which was frustrating and unfair to other guests. Esencia zone - cleanliness of the pool was poor. We stayed for 6 days, everyday there was sand on the pool floor. (-photos at the end) ((Why isn’t it cleaned (vacuumed) maybe every 2 days?)) Also, this pool needs 100% renovation; it’s in bad condition. And lastly – regarding food freshness: On Sunday, 20.07.2025, when snacks were being served at the Esencia zone restaurant in the afternoon, we saw MOLDY cheddar cheese on the counter. I immediately showed it to the young chef, and he took it away… I was shocked. (And no, I’m being 100% real – I’m not making anything up.)

The only downside is that the sunbeds near the heated pool are taken early by guests, and then about 60% of them are just occupied by towels while the people are away. If the hotel could find a way to manage this, it would make the experience absolutely perfect.

The lack of info and english language in the reception and disorganized personal at the reception. It is hard to find the room and they do not navigate you.

There were no shampoo, body lotion, anything. The only things provided for us were a shower bonet, a comb, and a body wash / hair wash combo in the shower Mini fridge was not cold The entertainment was super family focused! Which was cute but next time i will re consider as me and my best friend who came here are 26 and dont have kids Pool/beach: All the coctails are from a machine. The only good bar is in esencia, piña colada from the machine is wierd The chips cost money, theres no place to get snacks or food during some hours. No room service There is no vibe. No music, nothing, the only music i heard playing maybe twice at the pool or something was the US top hits tik tok songs…. Maybe its nice to hear some culture or some spice! There is only one bar tender working on saturday. I feel like logistically these things could be handled better or fostered a more fun atmosphere

We had bad experience with the reception colleague Claudia, our card was not working by the fault of the hotel at 10pm,- we asked the reception to pick us up with the clubcar as our room was the farthest point of the resort with big walking distance. She said no, and we asked is there any specific reason as we saw free clubcars at the front, but Claudia from the reception was rude and aggressive,- she said we can stay and sleep outside if we are not walking back to reception.
