“4 nights trip with another couple”

The apartment is spacious and very close to the city centre. Also very nice that the staff is in a office downstairs who you can always go to for questions. Also very helpful on text! Balcony is a very nice addition and nice to sit outside in the evening. Beds were comfortable.

To be improved

I think it should be advertised with a disclaimer that a lot of party groups are staying there. It can be very loud at night with people singing, talking and slamming doors. I wouldn't recommend going here if you want a quiet vacation with your partner. Also the neighborhood is very shady and dirty. A lot of junkies wandering around, youth hanging on the street and a lot of filth on the street. It doesn't feel unsafe but I can see that it feels uncomfortable for a lot of people. The down payment is a little unclear and strange. You have to fill in a form and then you get to a page to enter your bank card details to give them approval to reserve 300 Euro's from your bank account. I had a hard time understanding if they actually took the 300, will take, if I could use the money etcetc. They were helpful but couldn't really explain how it worked. (They don't take 300 Euro's and you won't miss it in your account, they CAN take money if you break something)

Not as good as the pictures no ac except in the living room, toilets are rusty it not as good as it looks, also keep in mind the owner answers late and the owner will ignore booking if any issue is faced so booking wont help you in that situation.

“Great flat in Malaga centre”

The best

The duplex was private with a bedroom on each floor. The terrace was lovely with a clear view of hills and pretty rooftops. Good sunbeds and dining table outside and in. Private parking worth booking. Super!

“Reasonable value, poor cleanliness”

Location was excellent. Short walk to nearby historic centre and the coast. Plenty of local cafe's and restaurants.

Not cleaned to a high standard. The accommodation seemed to have been recently mopped with what was clearly an old and dirty mop because the mop was still in the property and the smell had now been spread to all the floors. Another issue was that the air-conditioning unit was not working, thankfully it wasn't peak summer.
