The only positive thing I can mention is the location as our apartment was in the center and it was not noisy
First, they changed the original apartment because, as they said, there were problems with the hot water. Good, but they told me only a few hours earlier our arrive, so we didn thave the opportunity to consider other apartment. But this apartment was different and in a bad condition. For example, the bedroom did not have a window - this is something horribe for me and I would never rent an apartment like this. Second, the bathroom was very stink and it was next to the windowless bedroom, with a hardly working door, so one can imagine the feeling of sleeping with a windowless stinky stuff. But the worst thing was the communication. We hadto wait for more than 30 minutes on the street because no one let us in, despite the checkin time was 3PM and I wrote them several times that we will arrive at 3. I had to call them several times to LET US IN, as we were with three children and it was raining like hell. One can imagine how the feeling was. Of course we had to speak Spanish. The woman with the keys told that she wil come in 3 minutes, but I had to call her again and again. When she finally arrived, did not say "sorry" or anything, just showed us the apartment and left, without saying goodbye. I realized that there is no internet connection, I write them to ask about it, but no answer. Despite we had to wait for the checkin in the rain, the only communication they made was about the check out, saying that I must remeber that the checkout time is 11. This was lie, as they stated on Booking.com that it is 12. I had to send them the screenshot, because they did not believe. And when I send them at 11:50 the screenshot, they did not say that you are right sorry, but they said "OKAY BUT YOU STILL HAVE ONLY 10 MINUTES!" Would never recommend these people to anybody. You can check that I almost always wrote very positive reviews and I travelled 100+ times in the last years, with 10+ different apartments in Madrid, and was always satisfied.

Very good location, good for groups up to 6 people and if you plan to spend most of the time outside.
Instructions how to obtain keys were a bit unclear, there is no address on booking, you have to contact the owner (the number on booking is actually number of nearby hotel where you can obtain the keys, however nothing about it is written anywhere - calling this number was unsuccessful, the number was switched off). They replied with the address details and instructions after contacting them twice after 2 days and then the owner sent the message via booking in the morning of arrival with other numbers and instructions, the lady on the phone was really nice despite my bad Spanish and finally sent someone from this hotel downstairs with the keys. The whole communication was in Spanish, they do not speak English so this might be a problem for someone. The toilet area is really small, taller people have a problem to use it, one of the bathroom door could not be closed properly.
