We like the location, it's very nice neighborhood although it's a bit noisy on weekdays as it is located in front of an elementary school.

“A pleasant and comfortable apartment for a family or group of friends”

The best

Very cosy, clean and comfortable apartment with almost all you'd need for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Spacious enough, light, air conditioned, very conveniently located in the town - close to the beach, sightseeings, promenade, train station, streets with cafe and bars. An umbrella for the beach was provided for our use. Very welcoming and polite host.

To be improved

Not a big deal, but it would be nice to have some tea / coffee / sugar available for the guests - it was not wise for us to buy all of this for 2-3 days stay and then through away the leftovers. The water temperature in shower is quite difficult to manage - not stable from ice-cold to very hot. The second bedroom faces window to the common area inside of the building, so you choose between daylight and privacy. It would be also good to provide beach towels and beach mat, given this is a resort town and obviously guests will go to beach.
