The technologies have their dark side and sometimes don’t work as expected (like the toilet flashing on its own unexpected). The smoking area was right outside of our room door (although this could be an advantage for somebody who smokes). Although the booking says that an early check in is included, it is not true.

Gadgets sometimes had temporary malfunction, but those were extra anyways.

Quite loud.

The room had many technologies, however half of them were broken or not working how it supposed to. There was a tablet for controlling the technologies, however after the staff left it locked with passcode. As we could not control the airconditioning the room was extremely humid. All the technologies made simple daily steps a little bit complicated. The bed seem to be broken in the middle, so we couldn’t sleep comfortably. In the shower, it appeared that there many selections for shampoo, condioner, gel… however, half of them were empty. There were two persons in the reception, the lady was super nice and showed how everything works, however she did not speak English. And also there was a guy on training, however he did not speak Spanish, so we had two additional people comming to our room explaining how everything works, but couldn’t communicate properly.

Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a cockroach in it, and it also had many flies flying around. I also saw a dead cockroach at the stairs in the building. I must mention, however, that the staff were very understanding and immediately gave a better room, so thumps up. I didn't necessarily like all the technology in the room, especially the toilet.

The tap temperature changes by itself even without me pressing anything. It can be 20ish degrees this minute and 50deg the next minute.
