Futurotel Malagueta offers a unique and modern capsule hotel experience. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The capsule room itself was cozy and had everything we needed for a short stay. While the space felt snug (as expected with a capsule hotel), it was good for the two nights we stayed. It’s a cool, budget-friendly option if you're looking for a quick stay in a central location with great service. Just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

The best

I liked how the price was right and I had my space which all I needed was exactly what was given. Having some shared spaces gives the customer opportunities to socialize.

To be improved

I think having men stay out of the women's shower/washroom would be ideal. One man accidentally walked in the shower/washroom without thinking there would be other women in the same room. He was dropping off the capsule (room) key for his wife. I was walking out of the shower not thinking a man would be in the same space.

The best

The “hotel” was a surprise for me… its a hostel lests be honest, just the name that misled me( and some other guest also). They send me the details but I didn’t check them. It was an interesting experience! The place is spotless!! So CLEAN!! Shot out to Antonio 🥰 and Shirley. The only thing I would change is, the capsules should be sound prove, I could hear my neighbour snoring 😡.

“Novel experience of a Japanese concept”

The theme was great , convenient for a 3nights stay, staff were very helpful

To be improved

Parking , rooms too cold during the night (not pods) other residents need to be aware of others sleeping (noise curfew 9:30 pm !) Inclusion of tea and coffee in price of room at a cost relevant would be good

Location was the best!!!, staff so kind and smiling, kitchen área, game área, air conditioning.

Unfortunately, I had to call reception every night because every day at 1 am there was always noise from other customers. I found it disrespectful. As we were all in the same room, but each one in their own capsule, even with the message on the door to keep quiet... unfortunately, there are people who don't care about others. and could have another bathroom for bathing.
