4th floor is a bit of a hike. Not a big deal, but not ideal if you had small kids or carrying an injury. A lot of ants getting in through the kitchen window. Drying Laundry was a bit perilous. Tip: Don't wear earbuds while hanging out of a 4rd floor window over a closed courtyard!. Master bed was not very comfortable. Don't recommend more than 5 people. We were 2 adults and 4 large teenagers and it was a little too cosy.

It was a bit noisy at night, with heavy traffic on both sides of the building. The windows are single-glazed, so even with them closed (and fans on) we could hear the traffic - we got used to it by the second day, though. The apartment, and the building, got very hot during the day, so the air conditioning was absolutely necessary to make the stay enjoyable.

The apartment is on a third floor without lift, so not convenient for anyone really. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old so ended up having to carry them up stairs most days if they were asleep. Parking is very difficult around the area, one day we took 2 hours to park and most days at least 40 minutes, so unless your plan is to not move the car at all during the stay, this house is really not for you because it makes it extremely difficult whilst on holiday. The house did not have a dishwasher which for a month stay and 5 people is not great. It advertises house with AC but the AC is only in the living room and not in the rooms (which have fans).
