“We liked the location, close to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. We also had a balcony on the 4th floor with ocean views. · Cons: Room was somewhat small but we didn't mind too much. Keep in mind, there's no aircon (only a fan). No door to bathroom/toilet...”

“Location was great, in the center of Picafort above the sea but even like this it was never noisy, at least to the 5th floor that we were staying · Cons: No door in the toilet/bathroom! No privacy! And a mirror right outside the bathroom so the person lying on the bd could easily see from the mirror as well. Totally unacceptable, first time in my life I see no door in toilet/shower/bathroom! The towels and bedsheets were never changed during our 5 days stay. When we asked for an explanation to the reception, they said that it is not possible / they never had this complaint before and other excuses, without actually apologizing except at the very end of our talk”

“Total disappointment”

The best

We arrived at the Galaxia ,paid the tourist duty to be told we were in a different hotel down the street. There was nothing wrong with the alternative but when you make a selection you expect to receive that. The hotel we did stay in The Norbeste? Was clean, staff were friendly but the guests were not. Lots of angry glares from German guests for no reason at all, we are a family with well behaved children. Made us feel uncomfortable 😣

“Great Location and Value for Money”

The best

Location is fantastic, we have stayed here before, we live in Palmanova on the South of the Island and when we can we try to take a quick break in Can Picafort as we love the beach and area. The Galaxia is always clean, tidy and comfortable and the view from the room is lovely. Whislt the hotel does not have Aircon, there is always a beautiful breeze from the Sea and Fans are available.
