“Staff too slow to respond and deal with issue of broken washing machine with holiday clothes trapped”

Large size of sitting room. Large shower in main bathroom Facilities in the kitchen/ utensils. Left for use ; coffee pods and washing up liquid

To be improved

Responsiveness of staff to issues. We'd a washing machine, that from our first use on our 2nd day of 5 day holiday , did not drain and trapped our clothes. Multiple texts and calls to the staff of GetAway, the agency responsible only resulted in lies and broken promises until we were insistent. After over 48 machine was fixed. Too much of my holiday was invested in following up. They did not return my calls, I had to do all the chasing and following up. As the clothes were left in stagnant water for 48 hrs, they required a further two washes before they smelt ok to dry. Thanks
