Kitchen lacking sensible utensils. Nightclub below finishes at 5am, apt is soundproof but music base beat keeps you awake. Many rules re entry so you need to speak Spanish. Someone in next apartment had a yapping dog.

Husband locked in bathroom - handle missing on inside. Night time gate system very noisy and intimidating. Late September and street very noisy until 3:30am The man left us waiting for half an hour, no apology.

The noise on Friday night from the restaurants and bars was very loud and we couldn't' sleep until 3 am. It would have been nice if the responsible person warned us beforehand that Booking wasn't responsible for the payment and that we had to pay when check in was made. It was an unpleasant surprise. The gate makes a lot of noise if you come in after 10 pm and we heard this noise everytime someone came in or out. There are no cleaning utensils in the apartment like a broom or a mop. The sheets and mattress had some stains (it seemed to be clean but that the sheets were old). There was dust in the cabinet handles. The soap/shower gel/shampoo was scarce.

It was a little ‘dingy’ with only one ‘patio door’ window onto a roof top & next door block so no nice view.

The pillows are not very good, and there was a big blanket with a foul smell in the closet.
