The property is good value for money if you travel as a group. It is on the road level, next to a garage. The check-in was easy as you can open the glass door through an app.

It's close to the metro and the suburb is quite nice. The beds were clean, bathroom and kitchen recently refurbished. The washing/drying facilities were good. The carpark is close by and the staff was lovely. You can see they put some effort in making it nice.

The apartment is really well located with several restaurants, bars, and supermarkets a few meters away. Several metro stations in the neighborhood (5-10min by foot) and 15-20 minutes by foot to the city center. The apartment is big and bright! 2 separeted toilets, 2 induvidual sleeping rooms, and a cute kitchen/living room. There is a 3rd bed next to the living room separated with a wall. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a laundry machine (washing and drying functions) which is very useful. The apartment is better than it looks in the pictures. The apartment is perfect for families and groups of friends. I recommend it 1000% Tip: To enter the apartment, take the a white door on the left-hand side of the main entry of the building nr.34.

Well located spacious with three beds and two baths.

The property manager was really helpful. provided check in details before arrival. unfortunately he also informed me that the electricity was off in the building and as it was christmas it would take a bit of time to rectify. this meant on arrival there was no lighting, hot water or heating. by the next night when it wasnt not rectified i had to move to another place. whilst this was very inconvenient, freezing cold as its winter and wasted time and money moving, the host was helpful and responsive and i believe it was very much out of his control. during the day light i saw the apartment and it was really nice, spacious and clean. the host was helpful, kind and gracious, he tried his best, and refunded me without issue.
