Lovely little studio with everything you need even had a dishwasher and washing machine, we arrived the night of the blackout but glad to find t-lights to use, good and fast communication from the owner.

To be improved

This is our fourth stay at Agata, all the other studios had an outlook or a view, this one is on the ground floor and overlooks the side car park, on three occasions had people outside our window doing car repairs so very noisy and on one occasion had to vacate the apartment because of the fumes.

We arrived to find a bad smell in the room. The apartment was not clean. The dishwasher was full of the plates and items from previous occupants. Bed sheets did not look clean, hairs on bedding and nail polish on base sheet. The kitchen hob had a long hair and crumbs and had not been wiped. The walls were extremely dirty. Flies all over the kitching. We only stayed 10 minutes while we booked a new place to stay and left. Owner seemed adamant that the apartment was clean but needs to go and look for himself.
