On arrival, there was a bucket collecting leaking water from a waste pipe. Dead cockroaches. Toilet door doesn't close. Most of the photos on your site are not from this apartment.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! Our stay at this apartment was a complete nightmare, and I strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. The biggest issue was with the owner. He was completely unresponsive to any messages or phone calls, and we were effectively "ghosted" throughout the entire process. The only time we heard from him was when he demanded a €100 deposit upfront, without which he refused to provide access to the apartment. However, even though the accommodation had already been fully paid for several days before the deposit was even requested, we were still forced to pay €120 instead of the agreed-upon €100, as he claimed the deposit hadn’t been paid earlier. This €20 extra charge was never mentioned in the terms and conditions. The check-in was supposed to be until 9 PM, and since the stay had already been paid for, we couldn’t understand why we were being pressured to pay the additional €20 fee just a couple of hours before the check-in deadline. The owner only replied to tell us to pay the €120 deposit if we wanted access to the apartment, and that was the last communication we received from him. Once the deposit was paid, he completely stopped responding, leaving us without any further information or assistance. When we finally entered the apartment, it was a disaster. The kitchen was infested with cockroaches, which was absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, one of the beds was completely broken. The cleanliness was appalling – there was dirt on the dining table and stains on the couch, and the beds looked used and unkempt. We had booked the apartment for 4 people, but it was not suitable for even 2 people to stay comfortably. The conditions were poor, and it didn’t even meet basic hygiene standards. Because the apartment didn’t allow for 4 people to stay, we were forced to find alternative accommodation for the two nights which we had to pay for again.
