Unhelpful customer service and problems with check in that took over 2 hours to solve. This meant we were waiting with no where to sit outside the hostel until after 3am.

“This was the most reasonably priced accomodation in Bilbao on the first night of our three day Camino. Rooms accommodated four beds whic was great · Cons: I would prefer to have a receptionist however it all worked out well and I could recommend it . Toilet areas were a wee bit smelly but otherwise grand foe what we needed .”
