There was one issue we had with apartment - air conditioner is making very loud noises every 10 minutes which can be heard in any room, and it took time to get used to. Especially when sleeping. The host said that they didn't know about it and promised to fix it for next guests. Hope they will.. Also one bathroom is not enough for 6 people - we got queues in the mornings and evenings

Mattress a bit hard for me but that’s a personal thing. It was very good quality. Balcony not really big enough to eat outside but we went in March so didn’t matter. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by anyway!

We have been there at the end of December and the heating was a necessity. Each room had electrical heaters but the issue was that turning them all in was stopping the whole electricity in the apartment. So it was very unpleasant that we needed to sync with each other and heat the rooms separately... Also, the water in the shower was very cold until we discovered that the heating could be set to a higher degree, but this again turned into tripping the electricity and remaining without power. Don't recommend it during winter unless you are comfortable sleeping at 15 Celsius.
