Very clean and well-kept space — honestly such great value for the price! The owners are super friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Check-in was smooth and easy. I have absolutely no complaints — would definitely stay here again!

It was what I was looking for - a comfortable room (with good air con) in a convenient location for everything in Alicante. Easy to get to and from the airport and also to catch the bus or tram from 5 minutes away. 15 minutes walk to the beach through the centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Good communication with Nico, who arranged for me to store my bags securely on my last day.

Great location, great value for money and Nico, the owner of the apartment, was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

I stayed here for a week on a solo travel trip. Nico the owner was very helpful leading up to my trip helping with airport bus (C6) information (level2 in airport, €4.50 takes 20/30 minutes to Puerto del Mar stop then a 20 minute walk to apartment) and details to get into the building . He's a lovely friendly host. The apartments are basic but very clean and tidy. My room was a double room with plenty of space and air con. Shared kitchen with everything you need . Shared bathrooms also very clean and provided toiletries. I met a few of the other people staying here on the evening's when returning from my days out travelling around, all very friendly and respectful of noise and keeping the place clean and tidy. I felt very safe as a solo traveller here. The apartments are in a quieter area of the city which was nice and peaceful. The beach was a 10/15 minute walk and there are shops , cafes and restaurants are on every street from the apartment to the beach. I booked a few trips through Get Your Guide App. The first one was a walking tour to Santa Barbara castle which took you to the biggest indoor market in Alicante to try some of their delicious local food, then up to the castle . The views are amazing. Then for tapas and sangria after. My second trip was a long day (around two hours in each place plus travel in-between) but it was brilliant! First stop Altea, beautiful little village and beach. Next stop Guardalest ....wow the view from the castle is just absolutely stunning! Third stop Algar waterfalls, they saved the best for last ! A hidden gem 😍 this place is absolutely stunning, like something from a tropical island ! I also jumped on the number 22 bus from Puerto del Mar bus stop and went to another beach - San Juan which was recommended from the tour guide on the first trip. He said it's a beach more for locals instead of tourist and is one of the better beaches in the area.
