How to start? 1- We paid for the crib and on the day of the arrival was not there, even calling the emergency number, no one could fix the problem. Only came on the next day, late afternoon. 2- on the second day the alarm of the house goes on and no one could come urgently to turn it off, as well as the power in the house was all the time going down and only on the 3rd day was fixed. The team was helpful but not outstanding service as a situation like this. Also, we could leave the house and enjoy holidays because we need to be there trying to fix the power situation. 3- its winter and the towels were not drying, so we asked twice for new towels and 0 answer. 4- they allowed a late check out for all this terror and the cleaning team came on the normal hour. Dont come here for winter. The house is so cold and the AC + Power capacity is not a match here. Also , under the sofa was a disaster and we could enjoy some nice old fake eyelashes on the sofa from the previous guests. The chairs on the living room make so much noise when moving from and to it, it is really annoying.
