Noise from the clubs is no joke, absolutely no chance of sleep before 4am on a Friday or Saturday as sound proofing is non existent even with being on the 3rd floor

“Slightly disappointing”

A charming apartment in the old town 3 mins walk from the Train Station, the apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean, the TV was a smart model so plenty of channels (mainly Spanish) but Youtube was accessible, However see following comments box

Unless you are planning to go clubbing until 3am DO NOT STAY DURING SATURDAY NIGHTS, the noise from the neighbourhood club/disco was excessively loud for a residential area, I'm not a party pooper but the volume plus the noisy revellers kept me awake all night, we had to take a taxi to the airport at 7am next morning so a night's sleep deprivation wasn't useful, the host had left ear plugs by the bed, that should have been a red flag. Also the apartment was on the third floor so it necessitated a hike up a narrow staicase which was hard work for guests in their senior years.

Location seemed ideal. Dealing with host was easy. Characterful apartment exactly as described

More comfortable bed. Shower very small, shower head fixing needs attention. Although we were aware area could be noisy, Saturday night was very bad through until 3am!

“My Stay was very enjoyable I was pleased with apartment and its proximity to tram station ect”

I liked the location very central close to shops restaurants ect .I enjoyed the kitchen a good cooker and extractor fan .The bedroom was comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean with shower ect,The balcony was nice and the old style shutters were cool , a very nicely modernised property with out losing the original character of the house.

perfect location for nice inner city experience. very clean, everything you need inside.

To be improved

don't book this one if : 1) you want to be able to sleep before 6am on weekends.. when in bed you feel you're inside the club. but if you can live with that, it's ok 2) you don't want to climb scanty stairs up to the 3rd floor with a large luggage.
