The best

Our hosts treated us as family. They helped us navigate around Madrid with directions on using Madrid's transit system. They did our laundry, and arranged tickets for us to go to the bullfights. It was a very pleasurable experience.

To be improved

We liked EVERYTHING about Garden House. We spent 16 hours per day seeing Madrid (our first time) for 3 days and recharged our "batteries" at the Garden House.

“Everything was great! We had a great time!!! The bus stop just outside the door and the buses keep coming every 5 minutes! No need to use the metro! The neighborhood quiet and cozy. The staff very helpful and kind. They even bought us a bus card full of tickets for our first day! Totally recommended!”

“The apartment is very well equipped, and the location is superb. Having air conditioning during a 37°C summer day in Madrid was a real lifesaver. Our bed was made every day, and the breakfast amenities were replenished regularly. We really appreciated having coffee, tea, milk, and juices stocked in the fridge. They also provided toast and some packaged pastries, which made mornings much easier without the need to search for to a breakfast spot. · Cons: One suggestion for improvement: it would have been great if the air conditioning had been turned on an hour before our arrival. It was an extremely hot day, and the room was uncomfortably warm when we got there, it took quite some time to cool it down.”
