Good quiet location, access to 2 children and 2 deeper pools with sunbeds. Also great food in one poolside restaurant.

“Beautiful view but incompetent hosts”
We enjoyed the property, the views, the location and the common pool. We loved the yard. The apartment was handy in its size and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also, a washing machine became handy.
The arrival was a disaster. The hosts said they had a key box where we would find the keys to the property. The keys itself to the apartment, yes, were there. But the property was behind the gates with a huge fence (and spikes on top) and they forgot to include the keys for the GATE. So we stood there for a long time, outside the property trying to reach the hosts (with two small and tired children) and they never answered. If the other tourists from the complex had not passed and let us in, we would not have been able to get to the property that night. Secondly, the wifi didn´t work at all. Also, there were not enough towels to my liking (I appreciate the washing machine though). At the end of the stay, we had to clean the property by the instructions as if we were the hired cleaners ourselves, and that did not make us feel good.

Poor communication with the agents. No pool sun bed passes until 4th day of stay after requesting everyday. Broken toilet seat you could hardly sit on. Wardrobe hardly opened and no light in bedroom. They were fixed within 2 days. Only 1 lounger outside in garden area when there were 4 people staying. No welcome pack giving advice on checking out. Had to ask 3 times day before leaving where to leave the keys. It stated on booking someone would be there to meet us and show us around. Management company weren’t up to scratch. We got most advice from pool at cafe from the owners and other residents could have been a disaster if it wasn’t for all there help. The arrival at airport was a disaster taxi firm never showed up. We had assisted travel so didn’t get to arrivals till 11.03am a TUI rep spoke to the taxi company and they told her he had waited till 11.40 which wasn’t true we had been asking every taxi driver. Fuming that we had been left and if wasn’t for the taxis at the airport the holiday could have been a disaster as the address we had on booking form was incorrect it was at Los lagunus which was just a normal house down a side street. The taxi driver was amazing he established through phone calls that we were staying in Calle de Mijas at the montemineflores B but even that was hard to find. I would like to apply for a full refund of the £42 I paid when I booked the taxi through booking. Com on the day we flew out As it cost us £65 euros when we got to the complex. I would have liked to have given a higher score as the whole complex was fabulous. I think the owner of the apartment should be made aware as it looks like the cleaners only do very basics. I would like to speak to someone from booking . Com as to how I can get a refund for the no show taxi. Thankyou
