“The host gave good instructions about parking the car outside the old city and taking a cab to the apartment. My friends staying at a different rental did not receive the same instructions and had to deal with the nightmare of navigating the narrow cobblestone streets. · Cons: When I finished my stay. I needed a taxi to transport me and my luggage back to my rental car parked outside the old city. The hosts sent me a phone number for the taxi company. The company did not speak any English and was very impatient. When I tried to explain my location in Google translated Spanish, they hung up on me. In the end, I went to a store nearby and asked them to call me a taxi which they did. I wished I thought of that first instead of trying to call the company.”

“Great location in old toledo city”
The best

Great location, all the attractions were at walkable distance. Supportive staff, I forgot the key inside the apartment and host helped me in checking the apartment after checkout and +1 for that.

To be improved

Host was not very responsive and you might need to wait for hours to get his reply on booking.com

“Lovely apartment, highly recommended!”
The best

Super efficient Check in and great communication with host. Very spacious living room and kitchen with everything you need. Room was good, and bathroom small but functional. Great AC!!!

To be improved

It is on the ground floor inside a patio with a few more apartments. You could hear the neighbours easily. Windows/ventilation was hard, there were no windows on the living room and therefore it smelled a little of humid/closed. There was no way of opening any windows without all the neighbours seeing everything (or being able to get inside of the apartment through the windows). The shower leaked a little.

Nice size apartment for 2 people, only 10 minute walk from Toledo centre, comfortable bed and space

Not a lot of natural light, no outdoor space, host wasn't the most responsive
