The location is lovely. Staff were polite however before wed even visited the pool I was asked to keep my 5 year old quiet around it

Do NOT stay here with children. Incredibly noisy from the road and the bistro directly downstairs which is open late. Smoke coming into rooms from people sitting outside the bistro. Asked to change rooms for this reason and having a 5 year and was refused even though plenty of empty rooms. Advertised as having access to the sister hotel pool however even though it was very quiet and hardly any quests the staff acted as if they were doing you a favour. No amenities at all. not a single drawer and just a handful of hangers for clothes. Had to keep giving our key to the maid as they lost the other key to our room otherwise it would not be cleaned. We would then have to collect it again daily. Towels not changed even when soaking wet and left on the floor to be changed. Way too expensive for what it is.

The main basement is fantastic with a wonderfull nature like backyard and unsalted and unchlored swimming pool - the peaceful ambiance
