Missing kettle for making tea/cafe. After showering water makes puddle going up to the corridor, missing bathroom rugs. Only soap, no shampoo... And Noisy dogs in the neighborhood bark all night.

The walls are very thin, therefore it can be quite noisy.

The communication with the hostel it seems like I was talking with 2 different people. One was very kind and friendly and for one I felt is arrogant. We booked also the taxi from airport to the hostel since we arrived very late and the hostel provides this service. One day before our arrival I checked again and wrote on to the hostel mail what sign will the taxi driver have in their hands and the person who was replying just wrote "you take taxi in the airport" even though i wrote to book a taxi and they confirmed 2 weeks before that.

Worst and the most horrific experience ever. The room was dim and poorly lit, with a non-functioning light and no air conditioning. The worst aspect, however, was the staff. I was charged 15 Euros for being just 4 minutes late, and instead of showing any empathy, he argued that I was actually 6 minutes late. Had he even tried to contact a manager to help, it would have made a big difference, and I would have appreciated the effort. But I was so distressed and was crying because I have never come across such unhelpful people after travelling to so many countries. Even when I was crying, he went on with his script about the instructions about the hotel and places to eat, places to visit, nearby places to visit blah blah which I wasn't interested, showing a complete lack of compassion. It was quite noisy in the morning even when they have a decorum of keeping the noise low. The area is also not great. Would make you question your decision of visiting Mallorca. Fortunately, I later stayed at a hostel in the city center, which had a 24-hour check-in policy, a better location, friendly staff, well-lit rooms, and a vibrant atmosphere—all for almost the same price (considering they charge extra even if you are a few minutes late). My experience totally changed and I was glad I did this.
