The terrace was quite nice but the smell from the drain was overbearing at times, one of the loungers were broken so could not use this, the toldo over the table was had to wind out/in the electric toldo didn't work half the time. The host was not very phone savi as kept asking her to send me a pin but she just sent me a picture of where she was when I clicked on what she sent me it just took me to their business page, very frustrating. Also found out there was a car park below the building so why this couldn't be included in the price I don't know ?? Nice to have a 2nd bathroom but it was at the side of the main on suite bedroom which was really weird. Beaches were quite nice but Cadiz is not very doggy friendly found 1 doggy park on the last day which was OK but no beaches for dogs ... Drawer missing from wardrobe space, previous clients had left dirty underwear and pajamas in the wardrobe, sent them a message to say this but no one came to collect it, was just told I will pass the message on to my colleague :-( Will not be returning to Cadiz

I traveled alone with a baby, and after a week my sister came to join us. I arrived in the evening, and a well meaning advice for the company, is that it costs so little to put a couple of water bottles in the fridge. That would have been great. We were two adults and one baby in the apartment and we only got one key, and that made it a little bit hard, because we were not together the whole time. You needed a special key to go by elevator, and for the other door you needed a card to get in (which we didn’t have). To let the other person into the apartment, you had to go down by elevator and then go up again. If I was putting the baby to bed, the other person had to wait outside until the baby was fast asleep. After me asking for another key, trying to explain that it was quite difficult to manage with only one, I finally got the extra set of keys. I feel that it is unnecessary to spend time asking for that, because I think it should be clear that one set of keys Isn’t enough. The people from the company were friendly, but I had hoped for a little bit better service. For example, I asked for a travel-bed for the baby a month before arrival, and they responded that they didn’t have one. I paid 2500 euros to stay in the apartment for 17 days, and it would have cost them 50 euros buying a bed (that other guests could use later). Instead I had to go to El Corte Inglés to buy a bed the day after arrival, and everyone who’s been “shopping” with a baby, knows that it can be exhausting. Finally, I asked to stay one more hour in the apartment the day of check out, but that I couldn’t. The reason was that they had to clean for new guests, and that I totally understand. I had to wait outside for an hour with the suitcases and the baby, and the cleaners hadn’t showed up by the time my taxi came. I hope that the company will listen to my advice, and try to be service minded without the customer having to ask several times before it happens.

one of the showers was a little small but that might be because I am 6’2”. No real complaints though.
