“Shocking experience - never will use booking.com again”

Nothing as we couldn't get hold of the host/keyholder - the property is not available. We had to find alternative accommodation at our own cost. Either booking.com has been hacked or they allow scammers on their site

To be improved

If the property actually was available for our booking - property is being renovated and the owner is not in the country. No assistance from booking.com and now 4 days later, I have had to follow up with yet another call and have to wait up to 5 days for a call from a manager

“Even better than we expected”

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very clean. When you walk in the view just takes your breath away. The pool is even bigger than it looks in the picture and was the perfect temperature while we were there. I had to work while we were there and the internet didn't let me down at any point. Sylvia was the perfect host and we would highly recommend staying in the apartment. We are hoping to stay again soon.
