“Location is the best. We walked everywhere! Terrace in our room was great. But it needs updating. We loved the rooftop terrace. The front morning reception staff were excellent. · Cons: The rooms were dingy. The walls were all scuffed. It needs a fresh coat of paint. Tfw towels were old and dingy. The pillow’s were too thin. The floors were not cleaned properly. The bathroom door needs hooks.”

The first male staff that checked us in was very nice and tried everything he could to fix our reservation, which was incorrect. We were supposed to have two twin beds versus one small bed. The rooftop views are nice, but very small with limited seating.

To be improved

They got our reservation wrong. We requested two twin beds. The pool should not be on the website at all because it is basically a foot pool. The room was teeny and the evening staff had attitudes and we’re not helpful
