I don’t like this property! They sent me password few days before my stay. So when I arrived, I thought they might be ready for everything in ahead, when I entered my room, there’s a man inside! It’s just one hour earlier than asked check in time. I am so confused, so I ask the owner, he just keeps impatiently ask me check in at 14:00 and quickly hang up the phone. I waited one hour outside of the property, then when I back try to enter my room, that man still there!!! I called owner again, he is impatiently say he will come and then quickly hang up the phone again, I even couldn’t fully hear what he said. So I called him again, he seems a little bit angry, told me “one minute, one minute!” When he came, he just simply and impatiently change a room for me, didn’t say sorry and explained why there’s a man in my room! I am a single woman travel a lone, which made me feel really unsafe! When I get to my room, I found the AC in bed room is not working. I text him first, he didn’t reply. Then I called him, he said he will come to check, but after wait half an hour, he didn’t come, he just text me use the remote control. Of course I know there’s a remote control for living room’s AC, but I am talking about bed room’s, which is not using remote control at all! Then I try to call him again, he just not answering any more. Then I contacted booking office, they can’t get in touch with the owner as well. It’s 45 degrees, and there’s no AC in the bed room? I quickly change another hotel and ask for refund from this owner, he just not reply anymore. Guys, go check google map reviews, see how really this owner is. Don’t waste your money, which also might ruin your journey!

I would admit the location of this property is really good. But except of that, everything is discussing. Especially owner’s attitudes. I go there is for chills, not for suffering!
